Until now, I think this machine deserves 5 stars. I seem to be rough on a few pair of new models by Asus, but my problem ASUS U45JC-A1 hear almost nothing.
My first impression of this machine is enormous: to build good screen, good (not too bright) and lighter (3.5 pounds).
ASUS U45JC-A1 laptop performance seems above average, although some of the 4GB of RAM (256 Mb) appears to be reserved for something. The ability to upgrade to 8GB of RAM, this machine has a reach of some beautiful future developments. The entry level in this sport-G310M PC 1 GB Ram, and is great for multitasking and play soft. And ‘good framerate in the old games, as well as some more recent. L4D2 site, run fast, even games with more detail, such as Mass Effect 1 & 2 or Far Cry 2 easy to play at the bottom (that does not bother me because I play ASUS U45JC-A1, when I away from my office.)
In general, I give the graphics a 10/10 on non-performance, on a 10/10 battery life, building a 9 / 10 on quality, 10.09 and 10.06 of cooling on the graphics performance for high-end laptops, and a solid 10/10 compared to similar laptops.
The ASUS U45JC-A1 laptop is a bit ‘hot sometimes, but it is good to cold than other machines I’ve ever had. And ’still warm when you recommend Max processors and NVIDIA graphics processors simultaneously – Cooler laptop or flat and clear. On the other hand, the fan does not turn on, even when using battery power saving options, and handset is pretty cool. At the end of the cooling fan seems overstated, and is generally faster and responds to heat accumulation.
Battery life is more than seven hours to reach without some major changes in the system, unlike the Intel Graphics can disable the Wi-Fi With a few simple optimizations that I am able to extend the battery 10 hours reading and writing in college. With Wi-Fi up and use, you can see on the NVIDIA GPU and high-performance mode the battery can be longer than 4-5 hours (more than enough time to surf the Web, a movie or play a few games without feeling races). I have not used my battery drops below 50%, so I often found this car for three or four hours. Also on long car trips or airplane, the possibility of 7:00 or more is great!
The only spot on ASUS U45JC-A1 laptop, which seems to suffer from bad quality of construction is the area directly above the battery, between the screen and keyboard. The enormous leaves little room for the battery case, and the area tends to bend a bit ‘when the limits of issue (but not much, maybe 1 / 16 of an inch?).
Based on the credit quality of the aluminum plate to cover a nice gesture – it looks great, too cold and it seems very durable. Inside the machine is made of smooth, hard plastic and do not bend or flex exceptions. Keep it clean is not difficult if the cover and fingerprints collected inside after a while ‘. This is extremely easy, as the Asus software ships with some recovery of non-bloatware (I tested – we need time to recharge and requires 4 DVD-R, but is extremely useful, and re-installed correctly).

The ASUS U45JC-A1 is also press the automatic assumption of the function (the F9 key during startup) to ensure that you get your laptop. This feature is about 20 GB of hard disk and stored in a hidden hard drive partition. I recommend as a disk image of others, and updating here and there, so do not have to worry about data loss. This is done with both Windows and a backup, in Control Panel (click Restore, create a system image top right).
Overall, I recommend the machine just a friend, and would certainly buy again if I choose. I would not recommend this as a pure gaming machine or an ultra-portable “laptop pocketbooky. On the contrary, that car is a good mix of everything: energy, mobility, range and durability. Read more reviews
